Old rates & policies (from the WordPress site, NOT published — confirm or replace):

2-night minimum stay (an older page said 3 nights)
$250/night, or $200/night for 7+ nights
Cleaning fee $120; tax rate 8.19%
$500 refundable damage deposit, returned within 48 hours
Cancellation: 100% refund 30+ days before check-in, 50% at 15+ days (minus third-party fees)
Payment: all major credit cards and PayPal; no cash or checks
